Hall of Fame & Distinguished Alumni

The Hall of Fame and Distinguished Alumni Ceremony serves as a prestigious platform to connect alumni and the Florida Atlantic community, celebrating and recognizing the remarkable achievements of individuals across a wide range of industries. The Hall of Fame honor was created in 1985, while Distinguished Alumni was established in 2004.

Hall of Fame inductees are highly accomplished leaders who have made significant impacts in their industries, demonstrating unparalleled expertise, influence, and dedication on a global scale.

Distinguished Alumni from each college are honored for their exceptional contributions, showcasing outstanding accomplishments and a steadfast commitment to excellence in their respective fields.

This year’s Hall of Fame & Distinguished Alumni Award Ceremony and Reception will take place on April 15 at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. Registration information is coming shortly!

2025 Hall of Fame Submission Process

Submit your nomination below for the 2025 Hall of Fame Award. To be considered, applicants should be able to attend the event in person on April 15, 2025. The Hall of Fame Award is given to an outstanding alum who meets the following criteria:

Reached and remained at the pinnacle of their field for a period of seven to ten years;
Created a positive influence within their industry in the years since their graduation;
Made significant contributions and demonstrated professional achievements in their careers;
Exhibited a high degree of character and integrity, and
Promoted and advocated in support of Florida Atlantic.

Please note, nominations must be submitted by the candidate.
