Get ready for a night out on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach! Join us at Elisabetta’s Ristorante on Monday, July 15, from 6-8 p.m.
Elisabetta’s offers an authentic Italian dining experience, renowned for its genuine taste and high-quality dishes. Situated in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, it provides a convenient and vibrant atmosphere for a memorable meal. Enjoy a three-course menu exclusively tailored for our Florida Atlantic Foodies, including one complimentary glass of wine. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

Insalta Misticanza | Leafy greens, tomatoes, croutons, balsamic vinaigrette - Course 2 (Choice of):
- Rigatoni | Alla bolognese with braised beef and veal in Barolo wine
- Polletto | Grilled chicken with lemon and garlic
- Salmon | Wood-grilled Scottish salmon topped with salsa rosa, served with choice of side

- Tiramisu | Mascarpone cream, espresso, savoiardi biscuits
Our special guest will be alum John Cutrone, Director of the Jaffe Center for Book Arts at Florida Atlantic University Libraries.
