Our Vision
The mission of the First and Proud Alumni Network is to provide first-generation college graduates a platform and community of support beyond their undergraduate experience. The term “first-generation college student” is defined as a college student whose parents have not obtained a degree from a four-year college or university. The First and Proud Alumni Network aims to create connections between alumni and strengthen the relationships between current students and alumni.
