Support local establishments, relish in their unique tastes and experience optional pairings to ignite your palate.
Menu:
Starter – Sampler of two items:
-Causa de Pollo. Chilled smashed potato with lime juice and ají amarillo, topped with chicken salad, and served over a cheese creamy Huancaína sauce.
-Fish ceviche. Lime cured Corvina, ají limo, salt, black pepper, cilantro, garlic, onions, two types of Peruvian corn and sweet potato.
Main – Sampler of three items:
-Lomo Saltado. Wok stir-fry chunks of filet mignon with onions, tomato, oyster sauce, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, cilantro and French fries.
-Ají de Gallina. Shredded chicken in Peruvian yellow pepper sauce, walnuts and parmesan cheese.
-Cilantro-infused rice.
Dessert
-Lúcuma cheesecake. Lúcuma is an exotic Peruvian fruit, with a creamy taste and hints of maple.
-Chicha Morada. Shot of Peruvian purple corn juice, made with cinnamon, apple, pineapple, lime juice and sugar (non alcoholic drink).
